王朔，1972年出生于黑龙江哈尔滨，中共党员。获pp电子模拟器官网法语文学士、人民大学经济学双学士、中国现代国际关系研究院法学博士学位，曾赴突尼斯高等语言学院、美国丹佛大学进修。曾任中国现代国际关系研究院欧洲所副所长、研究员，现任pp电子模拟器官网教授，兼任中国欧洲学会政治研究分会副会长、经济研究分会和法国研究分会理事，主要研究方向为欧洲一体化、欧洲经济以及法、德、英等国别问题。
